TILTING TABLE 1; Table dimensions: 4000 x 2500 x 920 ( h ) mm. There is a gap of 1200 mm in the middle of the table. The operator can pass through here and take the glass on the pallet with a suction cup. There is a platform with foldable support wheels in the space in the middle. Its working principle is pneumatic. It works with 8 – 9 bar compressed clean air. It has a glass lifting capacity of 500 kg laid on it. The lower supports are opened pneumatically with a lever valve. A spherical wheel is used at the top. There are 4 glass tilting rollers on the sides. On the wheeled platform, there is a back and forth pneumatically movable suction cup that prevents the glass from falling. The suction cup rubber has a slide that moves up and down and can be adjusted according to the glass size.
